Lil' Miss Sunshine™ Caryopteris (Bluebeard)

Caryopteris x clandonensis 'Janice' US PPAF; Can. PBRAF

This cross between Petit Bleu and Sunshine Blue delivers shiny yellow foliage all summer long, and has a neat, compact habit. Abundant blue flowers.  This compact plant is good for smaller landscapes and beds. Excellent as part of the mixed border or in the perennial bed, it adds a shot of bold color to the late summer garden.
 

Sunny yellow leaves contrast with the deep amethyst blue flowers in late summer. Trim in spring. Season long color. Compact. Deer resistant.
