Full Sun produces best color.  Will tolerate partial shade.
Soil Types Preferred: Sandy, Well-Drained.  Can withstand dry periods well.
Flower:: Yellow
Spring flowers, red fruit
Fruit Characteristics: Showy fruit, Persistent fruit
Outstanding Fall Color:

Spacing depending on cultivar.  Generally 5-6 feet for specimens.  2-3' for hedge.

Periodic pruning recommended.
