Beautyberry (Callicarpa) Early Amethyst 

Callicarpa dichotoma 'early amethyst'

A beautiful touch to add to the landscape!

A profusion of bright purple berries in clusters adorn this plant in Autumn.  Sets berries earlier than other varieties for more enjoyment, too!  Attracts birds and wildlife.

Nice choice for low screen. border, or specimen.

Cut branches make nice fall and winter decorations.  Also in demand by florists for dry arrangements.

Best in full sun.. hardy to zone 5.  Height and width without pruning is 3-4 feet.  May also be treated as a perennial and cut back to the ground in spring.  This fast growing shrub will then send up new growth, bloom, and set berries in one season!

Container grown.  Shipped with rootball wrapped.  Shipped out of pot.
