Warranty:

Seeds, plants, and plant materials are sold without any warranty, express or implied, except as noted below, and in no case shall Moonshine Designs be liable for more than the original purchase price of any plant item or seeds.

General:  Items contained in the package conform to the label and are true to type.

Trees, shrubs*:  Live delivery + 90 days for full replacement.  90-365 days, we will replace the item provided you pay shipping.  In some cases, it may be necessary for return before replacement can be made.

NOTE:  Other than live delivery guarantee, we do not guarantee any plant or seed item that is planted outside of the recommended USDA zone.

Perennials, herbs*:  Live delivery + 30 days.

Plugs, liners, rooted and unrooted cuttings*:  Live delivery only.  These items are for advanced gardeners and professionals.  Any claims MUST be made within 48 hours of receipt.  SHIPMENTS OF PLUGS SHIPPED USPS (US POSTAL SERVICE) ARE AT THE BUYER'S RISK! Please choose UPS for plug shipments!
