Lemon Princess Spirea

Spiraea x 'Lemon Princess'

18-24", low-mounded shrub with golden-yellow foliage and pink flowers in May and June. Often re-blooms in late summer.  Compact shrub good for accents and group plantings, borders.  Neat habit.  Nice lemon-yellow color does not burn in full sun like some others.  Full sun to partial shade.  May get leggy in dense shade.  Dense root system good for 'holding' soil in areas prone to erosion.

Prefers well drained soils, but will tolerate heavier soils.

Zones 4-8

Container grown in 1 gallon pots.   Shipped semi bare root.
