Mariessi Viburnum
Viburnum plicatum tomentosum 'Mariessi'
Horizontal branched habit accented with masses of flat white flowers. Attractive, light green foliage and bright red fruit. Superb fall color! Can also be used as a screen or clipped hedge due to it's dense, spreading habit. Can reach heights from 10 to 12 feet tall and wide at maturity, with a dense, multi-branched, rounded form. The flowers are often followed by small, red berries which often linger well into the winter months.
Full sun to part sun.
Zones 4-8
Provides food and cover for a number of birds including ruffed grouse and hermit thrush.
Container grown. Shipped bare to semi-bare root depending on season.
