Palace Purple Coral Bells

A beautiful clump-forming perennial that forms a mound 12" tall of maple-like leaves that are deep purple above and beet red beneath. Note: The foliage color may fade to a bronze green in hot summers in direct sun. Flowers are tiny, pinkish white, and bell-shaped that form in open, airy panicles on slender, wiry, stems that extend beyond the mound of leaves to a height of 15-24". Normal bloom time is late spring to early summer. Will re-bloom if kept deadheaded. Attracts hummingbirds.
Hardy: Zone 3-10
